Available Efficiency Programs:
Residential Programs
- Ground Source Heat Pumps – $750 per ton, new installation; $400 per ton, replacement (limit 10 tons)
- Basement/Crawlspace Insulation Rebate (in conjunction with the installation of Ground Source Heat Pump – Up to $500
- Dual Fuel, Air-to-Air, Mini-Split Heat Pumps – $300 per ton (limit 10 tons)
- Room Air Conditioners – $50
- Electric Water Heaters -$50
- Heat Pump Water Heaters – $500
- Advanced Thermostat (Energy Star Rated) – $50
- Engine Block Heater Timer – $15
- Level 2 Plug-In or Hardwired Charging Station – $100
Commercial Programs
Commercial, School & Industrial Energy Audits – Member to pay an initial 25% of the audit fee. This fee is reimbursable when the recommended measures are implemented within twelve months of the audit date.

- Basement/Crawlspace Insulation Rebate (in conjunction with the installation of Ground Source Heat Pump) – Up to $500

- Air-to-Air Heat Pumps – $75 per ton (limit 10 tons)
An incentive rebate to reduce energy usage by installing new, qualified energy-efficient lighting fixtures and bulbs – The rebate amount is based upon kilowatt-hours saved.
- High-Efficiency Motors – Rebate per motor is based on Horsepower (HP) size
- VFD’s for HVAC – $50 per break HP
Energy Audits
- Home Energy Audit – $75
- Weatherization Incentive – 50% of the cost, with a cap of $500, for the corrective actions taken AFTER the energy audit, has been performed.
