Requirements:
- Equipment must meet the ENERGY STAR +2 SEER rating of 17.
- Heat pumps that receive rebates may be subject to cooperative load control programs. The participant agrees to allow the cooperative to control their heating and cooling equipment now or in the future.
- •Rebates are limited to eligible services (homes, lake homes, shops, barns, etc) that purchase more than 6,000 kilowatt-hours of electricity from the cooperative on an annual basis.
- Rebates are limited to a maximum of 50 tons commercial and 10 tons residential per facility.
- Space Heating: The heat pump may be used to replace existing heat pumps, electric resistance, or fossil fuel equipment in the home.

Requirements:
- Equipment must be installed by a certified dealer and meet the criteria on the second page of the rebate form.
- Electric backup heat MUST be separated from the ground source unit with a separate breaker.
- Ground source systems must be installed with specific Delta-T calculations supported by a Manual J “Residential Load Calculation” published by the Air Conditioning Contractors of America as follows: North of the Missouri River = 80; South of the Missouri River = 70. Ask your HVAC contractor to verify that these requirements are met.
- The cooperative may inspect the facility to determine if R-38 insulation is present in the ceiling and R-13 in the walls.
- Heat pumps that receive rebates may be subject to cooperative load control programs. The participant agrees to allow the cooperative to control their heating and cooling equipment now or in the future.
- Rebates are limited to a maximum of 50 tons commercial and 10 tons residential per facility.
- DX (direct expansion) ground source heat pump installations are not eligible for rebates.
- Space Heating: The heat pump may be used to replace existing heat pumps, electric resistance, or fossil fuel equipment in the facility.

Requirements:
- Must be a member of the cooperative
- The energy efficiency rating of the new unit must be a minimum of 0.9 or greater (may be found on manufacturer label on the box)
- If the new unit replaces an old unit, the efficiency rating of the old electric unit must be less than 0.9
- Tankless water heaters are not eligible for this program
- Hybrid heat pump water heaters are not eligible for this program
- Gas water heaters are not eligible for this program
- Replacing a gas water heater with an electric water heater is eligible for a rebate.
- Limit of up to two (2) per member address/location
- Water heaters that receive rebates may be subject to cooperative load control programs. The participant agrees to allow the cooperative to control their heating and cooling equipment now or in the future.

Cooperative will refund 50% of the total cost of the charging station, up to a $500 rebate.
- Equipment must be new and ENERGY STAR rated.
- The cooperative reserves the right to complete an on-site inspection of the charger after installation.
- Electric vehicle charging stations that receive rebates may be subject to cooperative load control programs. The participant agrees to allow the cooperative to control the timing of their charging equipment now or in the future.
- The owner must provide proof of purchase within 90 days.
- Limit of two rebates per member location.
- Residential and commercial members in good standing with the cooperative are eligible for rebates when buying qualifying electric vehicle Level 2 charging stations.
- The structure in which the charging station is installed must be a permanent structure on a permanent foundation on land owned by the member.
Commercial Rebate Programs
To qualify for a rebate your business must have 10 or more fixtures, and the rebate cannot exceed 40% of the total capital cost of the new lighting equipment.

- Must have 10 or more fixtures to qualify
- Total rebate per member per year of $30,000
- Receipts must accompany the application
- Rebate cannot exceed 40% of the total capital cost of the new lighting
