Benefits: Up to $100 rebate
Who’s Eligible: CU residential new construction customers with electric services. This rebate is targeted to builders and developers of residential properties.
City Utilities residential electric or natural gas customers may qualify for a 20% rebate, up to $300, of the total cost of insulation upgrades. See information here.
City Utilities residential and commercial water customers may qualify for a rebate of 50% of the purchase price, up to $75, after the purchase and installation of a WaterSense® labeled High Efficiency Toilet. Click here for more information.

Residential EV Charger Rebate
Existing residential electric customers may be eligible for a Residential EV Charger rebate of 50% of the cost up to $500.
Benefits: 50% up to $500 rebate
Who’s Eligible: Existing CU residential electric customers who purchase and install a Wi-Fi enabled “smart” Level 2 EV charger.
Residential EV Home Upgrade Rebate
Existing residential electric customers may be eligible for a Residential EV Home Upgrade rebate of 50% of the cost up to $500.
Benefits: 50% up to $500 rebate
Who’s Eligible: Existing CU residential electric customers who install a 240-volt outlet with a NEMA 6-50 or NEMA 14-50 receptacle.
EV-Ready Home Rebate (For Builders)
Residential new construction dwellings with an attached garage and City Utilities electric service may be eligible for an EV-Ready Home rebate of up to $100 per outlet.
Benefits: Up to $100 rebate
Who’s Eligible: CU residential new construction customers with electric service. This rebate is targeted to builders and developers of residential properties.
City Utilities electric and natural gas residential single family and multi-family customers may qualify for a $50 rebate to have a tune-up performed on their heating system. Rebates are eligible on heating systems tuned-up September 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022.
